Refund policy
You may return most new, unopened products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If it is not our error, the customer will need to pay for the return shipping cost. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON OPENED PRODUCTS NO EXCEPTIONS.
ALL ONLINE COURSES, ADHESIVES & SUBSCRIPTIONS ARE FINAL SALES. NO RETURNS.
If your order is missing an item you must contact us within 72 hours of receipt of your package. Customers waiting beyond this time frame will not qualify for reimbursement or exchange.
After 14 days you can still make a return for up to 30 days after your item was received and be eligible for an in-store credit or an exchange. Items must be unopened and in the same condition they were delivered, to receive in-store credit or make an exchange. After 30 days products are nonrefundable.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@zadausa.com. We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
